<h3>Job Description</h3><p>Job Description<p>Salary: <br /><p>Quantum Collision is seeking an experienced and dynamic Collision Centre General Manager to lead our collision repair operations.</p><p></p><p>This position will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the collision centre; some key responsibilities will include:</p><ul><li>Oversee daily operations including production, scheduling and workload management.</li><li>Lead and coach technicians, estimators and supporting staff.</li><li>Ensure high quality repairs and compliance with industry and safety regulations are met.</li><li>Manage customer relationships, handle escalations, and ensure high quality customer service is met.</li><li>Develop and maintain insurance partnerships as well as vendor relationships. Including affiliated automotive dealership Mercedes-Benz Burlington.</li></ul><p></p><p></p><p>Strong technical knowledge of autobody repairs as well as Insurance protocols required.
