We’re looking for a dynamic Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) to join the executive leadership team of a fast-scaling brand with a bold vision for growth. This pivotal role will lead and optimise the commercial performance of Trade, Buying, eCommerce, Logistics, and Operations – driving strategy, efficiency, and customer excellence across all channels.
As CCO, you will:
- Work directly with the CEO and executive team to shape the company’s strategic direction.
- Lead cross-functional teams to unlock growth opportunities across retail, wholesale, B2B, and digital.
- Own and evolve the commercial strategy, improving operational performance and customer experience at scale.
- Foster strong relationships with key retailers, suppliers, and partners to accelerate revenue and market expansion.
- Champion digital innovation and process improvement to support long-term, sustainable growth.
What we’re looking for:
- A seasoned commercial leader (15+ years) with experience in the Personal Care or consumer goods sector.
- Proven success scaling businesses in high-growth or founder-led environments.
- A strategic, customer-focused thinker with strong financial acumen and operational insight.
- A collaborative leader who can inspire high-performing, cross-functional teams.
