<p>HealthOPM is seeking a Community Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) with wound care experience to provide in-home nursing services for a male patient in the Hamilton, Ontario area nearby <em>Dundas Museum and Archives. </em></p> <p>This opportunity is well suited for an RPN local to Dundas ON who is available to begin right away and comfortable with brief, recurring community visits.</p> <h3>Compensation</h3><ul><li> <p>$34–$35 per hour, based on experience</p> </li></ul> <h3>Job Overview</h3><ul><li> <p>Role: Community RPN – Wound Care</p> </li><li> <p>Location: Hamilton, Ontario (Dundas area)</p> </li><li> <p>Schedule: Every other day</p> </li><li> <p>Visit Duration: Approximately 30 minutes to 1 hour</p> </li><li> <p>Start Date: Next week</p> </li><li> <p>Patient: Adult male</p> </li><li> <p>Care Focus: Wound care and dressing changes</p> </li></ul> <h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li> <p>Complete wound assessments and dressing changes as required</p> </li><li> <p>Observe and report changes in wound healing</p> </li><li> <p>Document care provided accurately and consistently</p> </li><li> <p>Provide professional, respectful, patient-focused care</p> </li></ul> <h3>Qualifications & Requirements</h3><ul><li> <p>Active Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) registration in Ontario</p> </li><li> <p>Demonstrated wound care experience</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to work independently in a community setting</p> </li><li> <p>Valid Vulnerable Sector Check (VSC)</p> </li><li> <p>Current TB test and standard compliance documentation</p> </li><li> <p>Reliable transportation and dependable availability</p> </li></ul> <h3>How to Apply</h3> <p>Apply if you are based in Hamilton, available to start promptly, and experienced in wound care.
