This part-time, flexible role involves providing in-home nursing care, creating individualized care plans, and ensuring clients’ well-being. The ideal candidate is kind, patient, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering exceptional care.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Assess clients’ health needs and develop personalized care plans for the PSW&#39;s to follow.</p></li><li><p>Provide holistic nursing care in clients&#39; homes, ensuring comfort and safety.</p></li><li><p>Monitor and evaluate clients&#39; conditions, adjusting care plans as needed.</p></li><li><p>Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client care and progress.</p></li><li><p>Communicate effectively with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals.</p></li><li><p>Advocate for clients by promoting their rights and well-being.</p></li><li><p>Participate in community outreach as needed to build trust and align with our value of giving back to the community.</p></li><li><p>Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.</p></li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO).</p></li><li><p>Minimum of one (1) year of recent experience in community nursing.</p></li><li><p>Strong problem-solving and time-management skills.</p></li><li><p>Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.</p></li><li><p>Proficiency in documenting and reporting client care.</p></li><li><p>Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle (preferred but not required).</p></li><li><p>Second language is considered an asset.</p></li></ul><p><strong>What We Offer:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Competitive hourly rate: $30–$40 per hour.</p></li><li><p>Highly flexible, casual position based on client needs, allowing you to create a schedule that fits your full time job schedule or lifestyle.</p></li><li><p>Supportive and collaborative work environment that values your contributions.</p></li><li><p>Opportunities to make a meaningful impact in the community while growing professionally.</p></li></ul><p><strong>How to Apply:</strong><br />If you are a compassionate and skilled RPN who thrives in a flexible, community-based role, we would love to hear from you!
