This role will expose you to a wide range of POS products, ATMs and merchant devices offering an incredible learning opportunity working while working with customers from many different retail sectors. The successful candidate should be a service centric, self-motivated and technically savvy individual. The candidate must have a valid driver&#39;s license & own a reliable vehicle. This position requires regular on-call shift work as well as afterhours & weekend availability.</p><p><b><strong>Main Responsibilities</strong></b></p><ul><li>Provide outstanding customer service</li><li>Provide swift break / fix resolutions on a variety of POS equipment, peripherals, PC’s & networking.</li><li>Execute install, moves, adds, changes (IMAC) projects</li><li>Follow and maintain AM/PM’s work order processes</li><li>Maintain accurate service stock levels</li><li>Adhere to all Service Level Agreements</li><li>Execute tactful & professional communication</li></ul><p><b><strong>Qualifications</strong></b></p><ul><li>A+ Certification is an asset</li><li>Self-Check Out & POS experience is an asset</li><li>Possess incredible customer service & communication skills</li><li>Technically & mechanically savvy</li><li>Valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle</li><li>On-site service is required</li><li>Citizen/ permanent resident status</li></ul><p><i><em>The successful candidate will be required to complete a background check prior to commencing work.</em></i></p></p>Company Description<p>AM/PM Service, established in 1987, is a premier POS solutions provider operating in United States and Canada.
