What this job involves:
This client-facing role provides the opportunity to combine your passion for service, brilliant people skills, and enthusiasm for creating a top-notch workplace experience and hospitality culture within the Campus. As the face of JLL and our client, the ideal Concierge is an individual who has a passion for providing efficient, welcoming experiences within all interactions. A Concierge will ensure that a seamless consistent level of service is provided to every user touch-point ranging from Guest arrival, Employee inquiry, Building Operations, Delivery Agent etc. The Concierge delivers exceptional guest experiences every day through face-to-face engagement, proactive communication and exceptional customer service. A successful candidate must have superior customer service skills in a fast-paced environment, as well as be able to stay focused on additional tasks, projects and goals during downtime. Professional appearance and demeanour are a must.
WHAT YOULL DO
Visibly engaged and well known in the workplace.
Manages the visitor arrival process to ensure a welcoming and efficient experience.
Understands building / client policy and holds extensive knowledge base to field inquiries from guests, employees, building operations, delivery agents and the public.
Utilizes an “above and beyond” approach within all interactions.
Enhance the client employee experience through personalized responses to day-to-day requests.
Build meaningful relationships with stakeholders across all levels.
Supports all property programs and initiatives enthusiastically
Works closely with the base building security team that are also stationed in the lobby.
Supports arrivals and escorting of guests for large meetings & events.
Perform tasks and processes that deliver an employee and visitor experience that promote JLL & client values.
Cross-train with Facilities Team members in all employee-facing services (reception, community, wellness, meetings, and events)
Performs additional job duties, as requested
From time-to-time, be available to perform the services after normal business hours and during weekends as necessary or appropriate to provide, perform and deliver the Services, or as reasonably requested by WPP.
Participate in JLL career development & training programs to improve skill levels and competencies.
WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR
Prior experience in hospitality, tourism, events or retail a plus
Customer focused mentality with a passion for hospitality
Proven track record of excellent internal and external customer service knowledge and skills
Must be detail oriented, organized, flexible, and willing to assume new projects

Professional, confident, friendly and engaging
Must be able to multi-task and respond quickly
Strong team player with the ability to grasp new ideas and change direction quickly, in a fast-paced environment
Ability to remain calm under pressure
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate professionally in a clear and concise manner
High degree of innovation and independence and the ability to work with minimal supervision
