<p>We are currently recruiting for <b>Construction Foreman/Forewoman</b> to join our team in <b>Saskatoon, SK</b>.</p>
<h3>Responsibilities</h3>
<ul>
<li>Coordinate and oversee petroleum equipment installation projects, including tanks and piping.</li>
<li>Install, test, and commission petroleum equipment per regulatory standards and manufacturer guidelines.</li>
<li>Manage subcontractors for additional disciplines (electrical, excavation, concrete, civil).</li>
<li>Resolve construction issues, including scope changes and design challenges.</li>
<li>Monitor budgets, identify variances, and recommend corrective actions.</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with company health and safety policies.</li>
<li>Complete required documentation accurately and on time.</li>
<li>Perform manual tasks and work outdoors in varying conditions.</li>
<li>Travel as required (construction division covers Saskatchewan and adjoining provinces).</li>
</ul>
<h3>Required Competencies</h3>
<ul>
<li>Licensed Petroleum Installer / PM2 or PM3 Certification (preferred).</li>
<li>Minimum 3 years of petroleum/fueling construction experience; basic electrical knowledge an asset.</li>
<li>Valid driver’s license with clean abstract.</li>
<li>High school diploma or equivalent.</li>
<li>Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.</li>
<li>Ability to work independently and in a team environment under tight deadlines.</li>
<li>Mechanically inclined and competent with tools and equipment.</li>
<li>Physically capable of demanding work; willing to work long shifts and extra hours.</li>
<li>Reliable, responsible, and customer-focused.</li>
