This position is based out of <strong>Burnaby, BC</strong>, and we’re currently seeking <strong>Journeyperson Plumbing Technician</strong> to join our <strong>Construction (Install) Division</strong>.</p><p>We specialize in <strong>commercial and industrial mechanical installations</strong>, including <strong>Supermarkets, Food Production Facilities</strong>, and large-scale <strong>new build and retrofit projects</strong>. IHM Mechanical is part of the Arcticom Group (TAG), a North America based network of mechanical companies that provide HVACR, Plumbing, Electrical and Controls services. </p><p>This is an exciting time to join our team at a high-growing stage. We are looking for an experienced Installation Technician to join our growing team. </p><p>Sign On Bonus up to $5,000!!</p><p><strong>Construction Plumbing Technician Responsibilities</strong></p><p>As a <strong>Construction Plumbing Technician</strong>, you will report to <strong>IHM Mechanical Construction Manager and Foreman Team</strong>, and carry out the following duties and responsibilities: </p><ul><li>Install and repair plumbing systems in <strong>commercial and industrial construction projects</strong>. </li><li>Interpret and implement <strong>blueprints, specifications, and building codes</strong> accurately. </li><li>Collaborate with <strong>foreman team, project managers, and other trades</strong> to ensure seamless project completion. </li><li>Plan layout and installation of plumbing systems, equipment, and fixtures based on specifications and code. </li><li>Ensure all work complies with <strong>health, safety, and quality standards</strong>. </li><li>Troubleshoot and resolve plumbing issues efficiently during project execution.</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications: </strong></p><ul><li>Journeyperson Plumbing Technician </li></ul><ul><li>working knowledge of <strong>plumbing systems, materials, and equipment</strong>. </li><li>Valid <strong>Class 5 B.C.
