Currently, we have an opportunity for a</p><p><br /></p><p><strong><span >Construction/Municipal</span> Survey Crew Chief Winnipeg, MB</strong></p><p><br /></p><p>who, ideally, has experience in the both Construction and Municipal Survey sectors and has the desire to grow and learn with an innovative, forward-thinking company.</p><p><br /></p><p><strong>The Work:</strong></p><p><br /></p><ul><li>Legal surveys of subdivisions, condominiums, development permit applications, and real property reports</li><li>Construction survey layout of building foundations</li><li>Survey facilities, layouts, piles, and grading</li><li>Willing and able to travel out of town when the need arises</li><li>Work is outdoors in all seasons and weather conditions</li><li>Follow safety protocol</li><li>Provide guidance and mentorship to survey assistants</li><li>Prepare clear, concise, and accurate field notes, records, and calculations</li></ul><p><br /></p><p><strong>What you bring to the table:</strong></p><p><br /></p><ul><li>Strong focus on relationships, both internal and external to CORE</li><li>A desire for excellence in all that you do</li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills</li><li>The ability to liaise with clients</li><li>Creativity</li><li>A degree/diploma from a technical college in Geomatics</li><li>Experience leading a survey crew</li><li>Experience performing precise layout and control surveys</li><li>Experience working on industrial and commercial construction sites</li></ul><p><br /></p><p>If you feel that this is the right challenge for you, and you meet these qualifications, please respond by sending your resume and cover letter in Word or .pdf format to this ad.</p><p><br /></p><p><strong>We thank all applicants for their interest; however, only those selected for an interview will be contacted.</strong></p></p></p>
