<p>Location: Edmonton, AB T5T 4J5 (On site)</p>
<p>Salary: $37.00/hour, 30 to 40 hours per week</p>
<p>Start Date: As soon as possible</p>
<p>Employment Type: Permanent, Full‑time</p>
<h3>Job Summary</h3>
<p>The Construction Site Supervisor will oversee daily construction operations, manage laborers, ensure safety standards, and coordinate with subcontractors.</p>
<h3>Responsibilities</h3>
<ul>
<li>Prepare production and other reports</li>
<li>Supervise workers and projects</li>
<li>Co‑ordinate and schedule activities</li>
<li>Train or arrange for training</li>
<li>Estimate costs and materials</li>
<li>Read blueprints and drawings</li>
<li>Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies</li>
<li>Oversee safety of operations</li>
<li>Coordinate subcontractors’ activities</li>
</ul>
<h3>Qualifications</h3>
<ul>
<li>Secondary (high school) graduation certificate or equivalent experience</li>
<li>1 year to less than 2 years of construction site supervision experience</li>
<li>Valid driver’s licence</li>
<li>English language proficiency</li>
<li>Organized, reliable, team player</li>
<li>Ability to work under pressure</li>
<li>Experience reading blueprints and drawings</li>
</ul>
<h3>Working Conditions</h3>
<ul>
<li>On site; no remote work available</li>
<li>Construction site environment; various locations</li>
<li>Physical demands: work under pressure, and may involve manual tasks</li>
</ul>
