<p>Position Title: CONTENT DESIGNER</p><p><br></p><p><b>Must-Haves</b></p><ul><li>2-3 years of experience in UX Writing / Content Design</li><li>Large enterprise experience</li><li>Agile experience, specifically working with technical stakeholders</li><li>Strong sense of collaboration with various stakeholder groups and ability to adapt to various working style</li><li>Strong communicator, dependable, and a go-getter who can work with stakeholders to drive clarity about user needs and business objectives, advance our design practice, and advocates for the user</li><li>Strong storytelling and foundations of voice/tone (online blogging, article creation, journalism/editorial work)</li></ul><p><br></p><p><b>Plusses</b></p><ul><li>Specific experience within banking or other financial institutions</li><li>Figma application experience</li><li>Experience with UX Research tools (ie. UX Playbook)</li></ul><p><br></p><p><b>Day-to-Day</b></p><p>We are seeking a dedicated and innovative <b>Content Designer</b> to join a Big 5 banking client. In this role, you will be instrumental in creating engaging and intuitive customer experiences for a diverse product portfolios, including: sales journeys, public website, secure sites, and sustainable banking initiatives. You will collaborate closely with various product partners, designers, and content designers to ensure the delivery of high-quality content. The ideal candidate is expected to have excellent organizational and stakeholder management skills.</p><p><br></p><p><b>Responsibilities</b>:</p><ul><li>Works independently, or with oversight from more senior content designers, on content design projects that are concisely defined or contain limited unknowns. Collaborates effectively with working teams.</li><li>Works on technical problems with small to large scope, asks questions to confirm and validate requirements to execute on deliverables.</li><li>Works on content problems with relatively small scope and asks questions to ensure they have all relevant information to create solutions.</li><li>Able to improve existing content by ensuring writing complies with technical input constrains and design module builds within our Content Management System (CMS) with a focus on accessibility.</li><li>Self-managed to execute on content QA process and procedures and content intake management by following content authorship roles and responsibilities.</li><li>Can produce well-crafted content deliverables that meet stated requirements.</li><li>Able to iterate rapidly, create multiple solutions.</li><li>Strong attention to detail in using correct grammar, consistency, and following defined content guidelines.</li><li>Self directed and meets deadlines.</li><li>Listens to feedback and incorporates it appropriately with help from mentors / managers.</li><li>Works effectively with PM, content, design, development and other cross-functional partners to understand problem, goals and arrive at best solution.</li><li>Can solicit, weigh and integrate diverse feedback from multi-disciplinary stakeholders.</li><li>Clearly communicates decision-making rationale to team members.</li></ul><p></p>
