The role is <b>fully remote</b>.</p><p><b>What You’ll Do</b></p><ul><li>Validate contract requests for completeness and compliance</li><li>Draft and review custom corporate agreements using templates</li><li>Document processes and maintain training materials</li><li>Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal requirements</li><li>Register and maintain key contract information</li><li>Drive continuous process improvements</li></ul><p><b>What You Bring</b></p><ul><li>University degree or college diploma (or equivalent experience)</li><li>2+ years in contract management</li><li>Bilingualism (English/French)</li><li>Experience with Salesforce or similar platforms</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Google Workspace</li></ul><p><b>Great-to-Haves:</b> Business degree, telecom/tech industry experience, AI tools knowledge</p>
