Client Services and Studio Operations Coordinator
Full-time, Permanent Toronto
Reporting to: Head of Client Services and Studio Operations
Reporting to the Head of Operations and Client Services, the Coordinator will be motivated and excited by the challenges of managing the largest studio operation in Canada. Passionate about delivering best-in-class service, they will work closely with production clients, act as a champion problem solver, and demonstrate exceptional customer service skills.
Energetic, well-organized, and capable of working effectively within a multidisciplinary site team, they will play a vital front-of-house role, providing administrative and organizational support to the Facilities, Operations and Client Services team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Track and organize company files including contracts, client profiles, production calendars, call-sheets, contact lists, memos and general email inbox,
• Support client move-in/move-out processes, tenant requests, purchase orders, work orders and requests for additional space including location filming and any other relevant requests,
Coordinate and schedule maintenance work in tenant spaces,
Coordinate and facilitate site visits for key stakeholders, including producers, government officials, and other internal and external partners,
Support industry and community-related events and projects, organize on-lot client events,
Assist in preparing sales presentations,
Organize team meetings and create itineraries, order office kitchen supplies, process incoming/outgoing mail and courier services,
Support the Cinespace management team including Cinecares workforce development program, as needed.
Qualifications and Experience
Degree or experience in a relevant field,
Strong customer service skills,
Ability to work under pressure, problem solve and interact with clients,
Full working knowledge of Microsoft Office specifically Excel, Power Point, TEAMS,
Experience within the production community an asset.
Highly motivated with a proactive and positive attitude,
