The ideal candidate will be focusing on brand initiatives that touch various audiences, including employees, potential talent, investors, retailers, and more.
Responsibilities:
- Evolving and expanding the brand system while shifting its tone and visual expression.
- Heavy involvement in senior stakeholder alignment.
- Partnering with subject matter experts (SMEs) during specific project phases.
- Exploring how the brand shows up across global headquarters, office spaces, investor decks, and more.
- Collaborating with GCA partners to execute tangible deliverables.
- High-level visibility-partnering directly with the CFO, CEO, and other C-suite leaders.
- Collaborate with other PMs and be responsible for maintaining portfolio data and ensuring all resources are accounted for.
- Must be highly independent and proactive, able to self-manage and drive results without heavy oversight.
Core Requirements
- Strong branding experience is essential-more important than traditional design PM experience.
- Deep understanding of timelines, deliverables, and how branding comes to life across multiple formats and audiences.
- Ability to manage brand equity and brand guidelines projects.
- No packaging work involved-this role is focused on internal and corporate branding.
- Must be able to work cross-functionally with HR, TA, Finance, and Facilities teams to understand project scope and manage execution.
- Able to proactively identify issues and develop solutions when timelines or deliverables are at risk.
