<p><b>About the Role</b></p><p>As a CRM Project Manager, you'll oversee CRM initiatives for one of the world's foremost automotive brands. Your previous agency experience coupled with your passion for marketing makes you an ideal candidate to lead your team through lead nurturing and tactical campaigns - from ideation and strategy through to planning and implementation. Most importantly, you'll have the opportunity to share your voice, express your ideas, and make a true impact on the business.</p><p><br></p><p><b>Responsibilities</b></p><ul><li>Lead end-to-end strategy, planning, coordination, and execution of CRM initiatives for a premium automotive client, ensuring alignment with business objectives.</li><li>Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation across a distributed, cross-functional team.</li><li>Collaborate closely with technical teams to translate business requirements into clear, actionable technical deliverables.</li><li>Act as the primary liaison between the client, business, and technical stakeholders to ensure transparency, alignment, and accountability.</li><li>Monitor, track, and report on project status, milestones, and deliverables to senior leadership and stakeholders.</li><li>Develop, analyze, and present monthly and quarterly performance reports, identifying insights and opportunities for optimization.</li><li>Drive continuous improvement across processes, communication workflows, and overall program performance.</li></ul><p><br></p><p> <b>Qualifications</b></p><ul><li>4+ years of hands-on CRM project management experience delivering complex initiatives.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to drive CRM strategy from concept through execution.</li><li>Advanced knowledge of Emarsys delivery methodologies and implementation frameworks.</li><li>Highly effective communicator with strong stakeholder management capabilities across diverse teams.</li><li>Highly motivated and well-organized professional with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><b>What's in it for you?</b></p><p>To start, a competitive salary and a generous benefits program.
