<h3>Job Description</h3><p>Job Description<p><p><strong>Position:</strong> Crown & Bridge Dental Technician</p><p><strong>Location:</strong> North York, Toronto, ON</p><p><strong>Compensation:</strong> $60,000 – $90,000+ per year (based on skills and experience)</p><p><strong>Job Type:</strong> Full-Time</p><p><strong>About the Role</strong></p><p>We are seeking an <strong>experienced Crown & Bridge Dental Technician</strong> to join a well-established dental laboratory in <strong>North York</strong>.</p><p>The ideal candidate will be confident in all aspects of <strong>trimming, fitting, and finishing crowns</strong>—including <strong>PFMs and zirconia restorations</strong>—and experienced with <strong>die trimming and metal work</strong>.</p><p>Candidates with advanced technical skills or leadership experience may qualify for a <strong>higher compensation package</strong>.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Trim, fit, and finish <strong>crowns and bridges</strong> (PFM and zirconia)</li><li>Perform <strong>die trimming</strong>, metal framework fitting, and contouring</li><li>Ensure <strong>proper margins, fit, and occlusion</strong> for all cases</li><li>Maintain consistency in quality and aesthetics</li><li>Collaborate with other technicians and communicate effectively with team members</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Minimum <strong>3 years of experience</strong> in a dental laboratory crown & bridge department</li><li>Strong skills in <strong>metal and zirconia fitting</strong></li><li>Knowledge of <strong>die trimming, contouring, and finishing</strong></li><li>Attention to detail and a commitment to precision</li><li>Team-oriented with a professional attitude</li></ul><p><strong>Compensation & Benefits</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Salary:</strong> $60,000 – $90,000<strong>+</strong> per year (depending on experience and leadership skills)</li><li>Full-time, permanent position</li><li>Benefits</li><li>Supportive work environment with opportunities for growth</li></ul><p><br /></p></p></p>
