Our facilities are designed with cutting-edge technology and a focus on providing exceptional customer service.</p><p></p><p></p><p>ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:</p><p></p><ul><li>Provide quick and friendly customer service to our guests within the car wash</li><li>Promote and upsell membership packages to customers, emphasizing value and convenience.</li><li>Exceed Guest expectations</li><li>Learn and operate all aspects of POS and LPR systems</li><li>Oversee all property aesthetics</li><li>Create and retain new customer relations, including monthly wash packages</li><li>Maintain cleanliness of interior and exterior of car wash and grounds</li><li>Monitor the wash quality of the vehicle</li><li>Learn and uphold the WE OWN IT culture</li><li>Other duties as assigned; duties and responsibilities may change at any time with or without notice.</li></ul><p></p><p></p><p>KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:</p><p></p><ul><li>Exceptional Customer Service</li><li>Must have good communication skills</li><li>Previous sales experience is an asset</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks</li><li>Proficient in cash handling and operating a cash register</li><li>A winning attitude and great character</li><li>Display self-discipline in setting and meeting goals.</li></ul><p></p><p></p><p>JOIN US AND GROW WITH US!</p><p></p><p>We thank all those that have applied.
