With our self-loading conveyor belts, automatic pay terminals, various wash memberships, free vacuums, environmentally friendly soaps, and industry-leading water treatment system, the Canadian consumer will experience a wash like no other.</p><p>We are currently seeking a full-time <strong>Customer Service Associate</strong> for our Orleans site! This is for a current open position.</p><p>The successful candidate will bring the Halo experience to life at our car wash site. Certified staff also become eligible for additional bonus programs.</p><p>· Employer-Paid Benefits:<strong> </strong>Full-time employees receive comprehensive, fully employer-paid benefits to support their health and well-being.</p><p>· Growth & Learning Opportunities: We offer ongoing training, coaching, and clear career path development within our promote-from-within culture.</p><p>· Supportive, Team-Focused Environment: Come join a positive, collaborative team where everyone works together to deliver great results and show why Clean Feels Good!</p><p></p><p><strong>What You’ll Do:</strong></p><p>As a Customer Service Associate, you’ll rotate through various key positions of the car wash and be responsible for the following:</p><p>· Greeting, educating, and supporting customers throughout the car wash, such as at the pay terminal area, loading onto the conveyor belt, and at the vacuum area post-wash</p><p>· Acting as a first point of contact for addressing any customer concerns</p><p>· Helping maintain outstanding wash and site conditions, including cleaning, repairs, maintenance, and site security</p><p>· Working safely and following all health and safety guidelines</p><p>· Other duties as assigned </p><p><strong>What You Bring:</strong></p><p>· Positive attitude and strong customer service skills</p><p>· Great work ethic, reliability, and judgment</p><p>· Ability to work on your feet and outdoors in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with exposure to damp and humid climates</p><p>· Comfortable with physical activity that requires frequent standing, walking, climbing and kneeling</p><p>· Minimum high school diploma, with post-secondary education preferred<strong></strong></p><p>· Previous retail sales/customer service experience is a plus, but not required<strong></strong></p><br /><p><em>Halo Car Wash is an equal opportunity employer which values diversity in the workplace.
