Mon-Wed: 8:00am to 5:30pm. These are our busiest days and sometimes we work past 5:30pm. This will be explained further when we conduct our interview with the candidate.
Thur: 8:00am to 4:30pm
Fri : 8:00am to 4:00pmOT starts after 44/hrs per week.DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
•Receiving orders via Email, Telephone and Fax
•Rapid order Entry
•Invoicing Orders
•Contact customers for order verification, updates and out of stocks as needed
•
Assist customers with general inquiries, returns and tracking orders
•Arrange transportation for delivery of products as needed
•Work cross functionally with Warehouse/Finance
•Resolve Customer disputes while building a strong relationship
•Filing
•Other basic administrative dutiesQUALIFICATIONS
•Ensure Accuracy by paying attention to details
•Intermediate Computer Skills
•Intermediate Microsoft Office Skills (Excel, Word & Outlook)
•Effective in planning, organizing and prioritizing daily tasks
•Interpersonal, Written and Communication skills
•Supportive team player as well as individual contributionEDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
•1-2 Years’ Experience in related field (Required)
•High School Diploma (Required)
