This hybrid role is ideal for someone who is both people-focused and data-driven—comfortable solving customer issues while uncovering insights to support business decisions.<br><br><strong>Customer Service (50%)</strong></p><ul><li>Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.</li><li>Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint, determining the cause, and explaining the best solution.</li><li>Document customer interactions in the CRM system.</li><li>Identify recurring issues and escalate to the appropriate teams.</li><li>Assist with onboarding new customers and providing product or service guidance.</li></ul><strong>Data Analysis (50%)</strong><ul><li>Collect, clean, and analyze customer service and operational data</li><li>Build dashboards and reports to track KPIs and service performance trends.</li><li>Use data to identify process improvement opportunities and present operational metrics</li><li>Collaborate with other departments (Sales, Operations, Product) to share findings and support business initiatives.</li><li>Support ad hoc analysis requests from leadership.</li></ul><strong>Qualifications</strong><strong>Required:</strong><ul><li><p>2+ years of experience in a customer service or support role.</p></li><li><p>1+ years of experience with data analysis or reporting responsibilities.</p></li><li><p>Proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets (pivot tables, lookups, charts).</p></li><li><p>Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce, Intercom).</p></li><li><p>Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.</p></li><li><p>Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal.</p></li><li><p>High attention to detail and organizational skills.<br /> </p></li></ul><strong>Preferred:</strong><ul><li><p>Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).</p></li><li><p>Familiarity with SQL or basic database querying.</p></li><li><p>Experience working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.</p></li><li><p>Post-secondary education in Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.</p></li></ul><p><strong>About Adaria Vending Services Limited:</strong></p><p>Adaria Vending Services is a Vaughan based company specializing in logistics and fulfillment services for unattended retail outlets such as vending machines.
