<b>Responsibilities: <br></b>
<br>
<br>• Deliver service that aligns with Service Level Agreements and client expectations.<br>
<br>• Perform general administrative tasks including supplies fulfillment, filing, data entry (Meridian system), and report preparation.<br>
<br>• Maintain accurate records, logs, and reports, including month-end summaries.<br>
<br>• Replenish inventory and consumables for production printers.<br>
<br>• Enter and validate index attribute data for scanned documents, ensuring each entry is unique and complete.<br>
<br>• Follow exception handling procedures for unreadable or missing fields.<br>
<br>• Conduct quality assurance checks on scanned documents, ensuring image clarity, correct indexing, and accurate reproduction of source material.<br>
<br>• Identify and report poor source quality and document scanning errors (e.g., "gulps", tears, misfeeds).<br>
<br>• Prepare, compile, verify, and sort source documents for data entry.<br>
<br>• Correct and update incomplete or inaccurate records.<br>
<br>• Provide backup coverage for absent coworkers and assist the team as needed.<br>
<br>• Adhere to safety and security procedures at all times.<br>
<br>• Escalate unresolved issues to management when necessary.<br>

<b>What you will need to succeed:</b><b><br></b>

<br>• High school diploma required.<br>
<br>• Post-secondary education in administration or a related field is considered an asset.<br>
<br>• Previous experience in an administrative, clerical, or operations support role.<br>
<br>• Experience with data entry, document handling, indexing, or quality assurance activities.<br>
<br>• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to perform quality checks and ensure data accuracy.<br>
<br>• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and comfort using billing or tracking systems.<br>
<br>• Strong organizational and time-management skills.<br>
<br>• Ability to follow established procedures, service level agreements, and workflows.<br>
<br>• Excellent communication skills and a client-focused, professional mindset.<br>
<br>• Able to work independently while contributing positively to a team.<br>
<br>• Adaptability and willingness to thrive in a dynamic work environment.<br>

<br>• Physically able to lift paper boxes and handle internal deliveries.<br>
