As a <strong>Data & BI Specialist</strong>, you’ll be at the centre of how our organization understands performance, forecasts opportunities, and builds smarter strategies.</p><p>Reporting to the <strong>Director, IT & Performance</strong>, you will design, build, and optimize the tools and analytics that help teams across the company make confident, data-driven decisions.</p><p><strong>Your role</strong></p><p><strong>Build Smart BI Solutions</strong></p><ul><li>Design, develop, and maintain dashboards, reports, and data models.</li><li>Own and execute ETL processes that ensure data flows cleanly and efficiently.</li><li>Deliver BI solutions that are intuitive, insightful, and scalable.</li></ul><p><strong>Turn Data Into Decisions</strong></p><ul><li>Dive into complex datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and opportunities.</li><li>Partner with stakeholders to understand their business questions—and turn them into actionable insights.</li><li>Champion data integrity, accuracy, and security across all platforms.</li><li>Support and enhance data governance practices.</li></ul><p><strong>Empower People With Data</strong></p><ul><li>Train and support users so they can confidently interpret and leverage BI tools.</li><li>Provide guidance on using dashboards to solve real business challenges.</li><li>Stay sharp on emerging BI technologies and industry best practices.</li><li>Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities in our BI ecosystem.</li></ul><p><br />If you love making data meaningful—and want a role where your insights directly shape performance and strategy—this is where you can shine! </p><p>The base location may be flexible within Ontario and Manitoba.
