We are expanding in North America and seeking a Salesforce Data Cloud Architect with deep expertise in Salesforce Data Cloud and Agentforce to lead transformative, data-driven projects for clients in Canada.
Job Summary:
Looking for a Salesforce Data Cloud expert with strong architecture and hands-on delivery experience. Must be well-versed in:
- Salesforce Data Cloud
- Agentforce
- Integration with Tableau, Snowflake, and Databricks
You’ll design and deliver scalable, high-performance data solutions leveraging Salesforce Data Cloud for customer data unification, activation, and analytics.
Key Responsibilities:
Salesforce Data Cloud & Agentforce
- Architect & implement Data Cloud solutions: CDP, ingestion, unification, segmentation, activation
- Design integrations and data flows with Agentforce
- Lead configurations: harmonization, identity resolution, privacy management
- Define end-to-end architectures integrating Data Cloud with Snowflake, Databricks, Tableau
- Develop scalable ETL/ELT pipelines
- Establish real-time and batch integration models
Cloud Platforms & Advanced Analytics
- Build data pipelines across Salesforce, Snowflake, Databricks, Tableau
- Enable self-service analytics with Tableau
- Align solutions with modern data lakehouse patterns
Documentation & Governance
- Define/enforce data quality, security, privacy, and governance practices
- Implement tooling for versioning, lineage, auditability
- Work with stakeholders, engineers, analysts to gather and deliver requirements
- Provide technical leadership & mentoring
- Actively participate in Agile processes
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or related field
- 10+ years in Data Architecture/Engineering/CRM Data
- 3+ years hands-on Salesforce Data Cloud experience
- Required Certifications: Salesforce Data Cloud, Agentforce
- Strong Salesforce Data Cloud delivery, including identity resolution, segmentation, activations
- CDP/CRM data modeling
- Integrations with Snowflake, Databricks, Tableau
- SQL, Python (preferred), data transformation
7. Working Knowledge
- Snowflake (performance, security)
8. Excellent verbal/written communication and documentation skills
Nice to Have:
- Additional Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform App Builder, Integration Architecture Designer)
- Certifications or experience with Snowflake, Databricks, Tableau
- Experience with Kafka, AWS Kinesis
- Knowledge of data privacy & secure engineering practices
- Familiarity with IaC and CI/CD for data workflows
