Job Description
<br><br><p>As a Date entry / Inventory Clerk the key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, Order Entry and Invoicing (using both manual entry and Electronically , as well as various web-based platforms), coordination with the manager for shipping and inventory issues, and Customer Service.</p><p>Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Maintains and entry all paperwork of invoice, receipt and purchase order slips</li><li>Maintaining accurate inventory;</li><li>Placing product orders to fulfill inventory needs;</li><li>Reconciling any discrepancies in inventory data;</li><li>Check up the price, bar code and quantities of inventory</li><li>Maintain and enter products information into our master data base</li><li>Receive daily sales slips and insert the data into computer system</li><li>Running audit and update daily inventory report for warehouse</li><li>Communicate and coordinate with internal team members</li><li>Recording store orders and POS system transactions</li><li>Basic knowledge of MS Office: Outlook, Word and Excel</li><li>Ability to lift and move 20 kgs</li></ul><p>Benefits:</p><ul><li>Dental care</li><li>Extended health care</li><li>Store discount</li><li>Vision care</li></ul><p>Schedule:</p><ul><li>8 hour shift</li><li>Monday to Friday</li></ul><p>If this role exhilarates your passion for a new opportunity then please submit your application for consideration.</p><br>Create Your Resume First
