<p>At CARFAX, we believe in the power of teamwork and value in‑person interactions so that we can collaborate and thrive together. This position will require 3 days a week in our London office subject to change with future business needs.</p>
<h3>What you’ll be doing:</h3>
<ul>
<li>Maintain, grow, and retain strong relationships while up‑selling new products and services in a phone‑based environment</li>
<li>Provide top‑notch customer service and establish rapport with key decision makers</li>
<li>Achieve monthly metric goals by driving growth with existing CARFAX dealers</li>
<li>Increase customer awareness, engagement, and retention by sharing the value proposition of CARFAX products</li>
<li>Collaborate with peers in the dealer business unit, sales, marketing, and finance to resolve issues and provide process improvements</li>
<li>Demonstrate a strong work ethic by being a highly motivated self‑starter</li>
</ul>
<h3>What we’re looking for:</h3>
<ul>
<li>Customer service, relationship management and retention experience</li>
<li>Exceptional communication & time management skills</li>
<li>Goal oriented and results focused</li>
<li>Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks</li>
<li>Ability to persuade & influence others through demonstrated product knowledge</li>
<li>Experience with a CRM tool (Salesforce preferred)</li>
<li>Spanish speaking is a plus but not required</li>
</ul>

<p>The anticipated base salary range for this position is $51,000 to $65,000 CAD annually. Final base salary will be determined based on geographical location, experience, and qualifications.</p>
