Overview: <h4 style="margin: 0cm 0cm 12.0pt 0cm;"><span ><span >DEDICATED FIELD REPRESENTATIVE – </span><strong><span > Montreal South Shore</span></strong></span></h4><h4 style="margin: 0cm 0cm 12.0pt 0cm;"><span ><strong><span >SPAR Canada</span></strong><span > is seeking a passionate and driven bilingual (English and French) <strong>Dedicated Field Representative </strong></span><span ><strong>for the area of Montreal South Shore </strong></span><span >to represent one of the world’s leading appliance brands.</span></span></h4><h4 style="margin: 0cm 0cm 12.0pt 0cm;"><span >In this role, you’ll be the face and ambassador at retail — building relationships with store teams, educating staff on key product features, and ensuring brand visibility and merchandising standards are consistently met.</span></h4><p ><span >If you’re enthusiastic about appliances, enjoy being in the field, and have a knack for engaging and educating others, we want to hear from you!</span></p><p > </p><p ><span ><strong><u><span >WHAT WE OFFER:</span></u></strong></span></p><ul><li ><span >Part-time hours (20-32 hours per week)</span></li><li ><span >$24 per hour</span></li><li ><span >Paid vacation</span></li><li ><span >Cell phone allowance</span></li><li ><span >Mileage reimbursement</span></li><li ><span >Supportive and inclusive work environment</span></li></ul><p ><span ><strong><u><span >RESPONSIBILITIES: </span></u></strong></span></p><ul><li><span >Drive in-store sales through product knowledge, staff training, and consumer engagement</span></li><li><span >Serve as a knowledgeable brand ambassador</span></li><li><span >Support promotional activities and seasonal campaigns</span></li><li><span >Ensure floor displays, planograms, and POP materials are installed accurately and on time</span></li><li><span >Confirm product availability and presentation align with brand standards</span></li><li><span >Report issues or opportunities related to merchandising, stock levels, or in-store execution</span></li><li><span >Build strong relationships with store staff and management</span></li><li><span >Provide regular product knowledge sessions and updates on promotions or launches</span></li><li><span >Communicate effectively with both SPAR and retail teams to align goals and ensure a consistent brand presence</span></li><li><span >Track and report on performance metrics and store visits</span></li><li><span >Submit accurate and timely reports, photos, and insights via SPAR’s reporting tools</span></li><li><span >Monitor progress against KPIs and make recommendations for continuous improvement</span></li></ul><p ><span ><strong><u><span >POSITION REQUIREMENTS</span></u></strong><strong><span >:</span></strong></span></p><ul><li><span >Bilingual with the ability to communicate in English and French</span></li><li><span >1–3 years of experience in retail merchandising, field sales, or vendor representation</span></li><li><span >Strong communication and relationship-building skills</span></li><li><span >Self-starter with excellent time management and organizational abilities</span></li><li><span >Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, retail-focused environment</span></li><li><span >Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle (required)</span></li><li><span >Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)</span></li></ul><p ><span ><strong><u><span >JOB QUALIFICATIONS-EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:</span></u></strong></span></p><ul><li><span >Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred) </span></li></ul><p ><span ><em><span >We thank all applicants in advance; only qualified candidates will be contacted.
