This is day 1 onsite in 6950 Tomken Road Mississauga, Ontario L5T 2S3.

The candidate must go to office in Mississauga and ready to travel to different sites.

Provide first-level technical support and issue resolution for users across enterprise IT systems, including Windows, Azure-based environments, and business applications.

Manage user access and identity requests through Azure Entra ID (formerly Azure AD) and local Active Directory, including password resets, group memberships, and role assignments.


Assist in the enrollment, policy enforcement, and troubleshooting of endpoints via Microsoft Intune for mobile devices and Windows PCs.

Perform basic diagnostics and alert escalation for network security appliances such as firewalls, in coordination with network or security teams.


Support routine maintenance tasks and incident tracking using Azure DevOps, including ticket logging, task updates, and status reporting.

Collaborate with application teams to resolve L1 application issues, document recurring incidents, and escalate unresolved problems to L2/L3 support as needed.
