We are looking for a Senior AWS Developer with deep expertise in Amazon Lex, IVR solutions, and Salesforce integrations to join our financial services client. This role focuses on designing and developing cloud-based virtual assistant and chatbot solutions, optimizing contact center technologies, and implementing secure AWS infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver advanced AWS solutions integrating Salesforce Service Cloud, Financial Cloud, Amazon Connect, and MuleSoft.
- Build chatbots and virtual assistant solutions using Amazon Lex and integrate them with existing platforms.
- Develop voice chatbot solutions for IVR systems using AWS technologies.
- Implement secure network architectures and virtualized cloud systems in AWS.
- Create CloudFormation templates for common workloads and improve AWS deployment strategies.
- Work on source control management using GitHub and SVN, ensuring effective versioning and collaboration.
- Design algorithms and flowcharts to optimize software performance and create scalable solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product owners, release management, and operations to deliver innovative AWS-based solutions.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and improve existing cloud-based applications for efficiency and reliability.
Required Qualifications:
- Extensive AWS development experience, including cloud-based infrastructure and applications.
- Proven track record in Amazon Lex chatbot and IVR solutions development.
- Salesforce Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Financial Cloud expertise, including integration with AWS and legacy systems.
- Strong experience with sub-versioning tools (GitHub, SVN) and Agile platforms (JIRA, Confluence, Selenium).
- AWS certification preferred.
