<p>Location: 250 Harry Walker Pkwy N., Newmarket, ON</p><p><em>This is a full-time, on-site position (Monday to Friday). Remote or hybrid work is not available.</em></p><p>Salary: From $50,000</p><p>This is the perfect role for someone who has an <br><em>eye for design</em><br> and a natural instinct for space and layout. You know when something feels "off" on a page- and you know how to fix it. You're creative, organized, and ready to take ideas from concept to completion across digital, print, and social platforms.</p><p>You'll help us create compelling marketing content, keep our website fresh and up to date, design visual materials, and support our customers online. This is a hands-on role where your creativity will shine every day.</p><p>Major Areas of Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Write clear, accurate, and engaging copy for website product pages, brochures, and magazines.</li><li>Manage monthly internal and external newsletters, including planning, writing, design, and distribution.</li><li>Regularly update and maintain website content- product listings, photos, resources, and branch contact information.</li><li>Assist customers with website-related questions and coordinate with our web developer to resolve technical issues.</li><li>Manage incoming inquiries from the website and ensure they are forwarded promptly to the appropriate branch or sales representative.</li><li>Maintain and update customer lists in Salesforce, ensuring contact information and lead details remain accurate and current.</li><li>Collaborate with the marketing team to design digital and print materials such as brochures, product sheets, signage, and advertisements.</li><li>Capture and edit product photos and videos; contribute to social media content creation and occasionally appear in videos.</li><li>Create and maintain product specification sheets for all product lines, ensuring information is accurate, current, and accessible for the Marketing and Sales teams.</li><li>Monitor marketing performance metrics, identify digital trends, and share new ideas for creative campaigns.</li><li>Assist with trade shows, branch events, and seasonal promotions.</li><li>Maintain consistent brand standards across all communications and visual assets.</li><li>Other duties as assigned.</li></ul><p>Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities</p><ul><li>Exceptional creative eye with an instinct for layout and space- someone who can make any page, photo, or design feel cohesive and balanced without overthinking it.</li><li>Strong writing and editing skills with attention to tone and clarity.</li><li>Proficiency with Adobe programs including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign is required.</li><li>Photo and video editing skills are required.</li><li>Working knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.).</li><li>Familiarity with website content management systems (WordPress or similar CMS).</li><li>Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.</li><li>Comfortable collaborating in a creative, fast-moving team environment.</li><li>Experience with AI tools is considered an asset.</li></ul><p>Education/Certification/Experience</p><ul><li>Diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field preferred.</li><li>1–3 years of experience in marketing, content creation, or digital design preferred but not required.</li><li>Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) required.</li><li>Photo and video editing experience required.</li><li>Experience with website content management systems (e.g., WordPress) and social media platforms an asset.</li></ul><p><em>Please include a link to your portfolio when applying.</em></p>Create Your Resume First
