<h3>Job Description</h3><p>Job Description<p>Salary: $29 - $34<br /><p>Bayswater Toronto is a private, ESL school located at North York Centre station. In addition to ESL classes, we offer professional certificate courses in digital marketing, project management, international business management, and customer experience management.</p><p></p><p>We are currently looking for a digital marketing instructor to teach from February 9, 2026 to March 6, 2026 with more sessions later in the year.</p><p></p><p>Key Duties and Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Teach an in-person, four-week digital marketing course from 9 am 12:15 pm, Monday Friday.</li><li>Deliver classes on introductory digital marketing topics. (SEO, email marketing, PPC, Google Analytics, social media marketing, etc.)</li><li>Help groups of 12-15 international students develop skills in digital marketing and English language communication.</li><li>Use SMART board and present digital curriculum.</li><li>Administer and assess weekly quizzes.</li><li>Design, monitor, and assess a real-world project.</li><li>Host guest speakers and connect lectures to class material.</li><li>Lead visits to digital marketing offices.</li><li>Complete attendance and administer course learning management system.</li><li>Submit timesheets and follow all policies and procedures in the Teacher Handbook.</li></ul><p></p><p>Knowledge, Qualifications, and Experience</p><p></p><p>Essential</p><ul><li>TESL diploma recognized by Languages Canada (TESL Canada Level 1, TESL Ontario, CELTA, or equivalent)<br /></li><li>Undergraduate degree<br /></li></ul><p></p><p>Desirable</p><ul><li>Professional marketing experience</li><li>Degree or diploma in marketing or applicable field</li><li>Digital marketing teaching experience at the post-secondary level<br /></li></ul><p></p><p>Skills and Attributes</p><ul><li>Ability to work in a diverse environment and collaborate with others</li><li>Ability to use technology in and out of the classroom (SMART board, MS Office, LMS, etc.)</li><li>Creative lesson content and design</li><li>Commitment to delivering high-quality lessons</li><li>Commitment to personal and professional development</li><li>Commitment to equality and diversity</li></ul><p></p></p></p>
