Role Summary:
We’re looking for a results-driven Digital Transformation Analyst with expertise in Information Management to support enterprise-wide automation, content digitization, and change initiatives. This role requires hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 tools (Power Automate, Power Apps, SharePoint), as well as strong communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills. The ideal candidate will bring a passion for process improvement, backed by certifications in Lean Six Sigma, Prosci Change Management, and Enterprise Content Management (AIIM).

Key Responsibilities:
- Drive information management projects involving document digitization, content management, and M365 tools.
- Collaborate across departments to implement enterprise content strategies and improve process efficiency.
- Leverage Power Automate, Power Apps, and SharePoint to design and automate workflows.
- Engage stakeholders and provide change management support using PROSCI methodology.
- Ensure alignment with Lean Six Sigma standards in continuous improvement initiatives.
Mandatory Requirements:
- University or College degree in Computer Science, Information Management, or a related field.
- Strong communication, customer service, and analytical skills.
- Proven experience managing digital content, document digitization, and enterprise information projects.
- Hands-on expertise with M365 tools, including SharePoint, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
Certifications in the following (upload required):
- Enterprise Content Manager (AIIM)
- Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt or higher)
- Change Management (PROSCI)
Nice to Have:
- Certified Information Professional (AIIM)
- Certified Business Analyst Professional (CBAP)
- Electronic Records Management Certification (AIIM)
- Experience managing cross-functional projects and demonstrating excellent time management
