Job Description
Director, QC Office Recruitment Division
Status: Permanent
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily branch operations in compliance with established policies and procedures.
- Lead, train, and supervise internal sales, counter sales, and warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, inventory management, and handling.
- Ensure a high level of service is maintained daily across all branch operations.
- Develop and manage key business relationships.
- Identify new product and business opportunities based on customer needs.
- Plan and organize branch activities to achieve sales, operating profit, and company objectives.
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with suppliers.
- Manage weekly work schedules and labor costs for associates.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of plumbing industry products required.
- Proven ability to lead and build high-performing teams.
- Track record of achieving targets in a highly competitive market.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Strong problem-solving, interpersonal, and communication abilities.
- Language: French is required.
