<h3>Job Description</h3><p>Job Description<p>Salary: $175 - $200K<br /><p>Location: Vancouver, BC (Hybrid / Regional Travel Required) Territory: British Columbia & Alaska</p><p>Compensation: $175K - $200K base salary + performance-based bonus<br><br></p><p>About the Role</p><p>We are seeking a highly experienced sales leader for the role of Director of Non-Traditional Marketing to lead and scale our outbound, people-driven marketing channels across British Columbia and Alaska. This role oversees Proxy (Canvassing), Events, Retail, and Home Shows, and is critical to driving lead volume, improving conversion quality, and building high-performing field teams.</p><p>This is a senior leadership role for someone who understands how to build, manage, and optimize large outbound sales organizations, thrives in performance-based environments, and brings strong business and financial acumen to the table. The ideal candidate knows how to balance strategy with in-the-field execution and financial discipline.</p><p>The ideal candidate lives in Vancouver, BC, is comfortable traveling regionally, and brings a strong track record of leading distributed teams at scale.<br><br></p><p>What Youll Do</p><p>Leadership & Strategy</p><p> Own strategy and execution for all Non-Traditional channels across BC and Alaska</p><p> Translate revenue and growth targets into actionable field plans and staffing models</p><p> Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to align capacity, budgets, and performance<br><br></p><p>Team Management</p><p> Lead, develop, and scale large, multi-layered teams including managers, team leads, and frontline staff</p><p> Drive performance through clear expectations, coaching, scorecards, and accountability</p><p> Build a strong leadership bench and succession pipeline<br><br></p><p>Outbound & Field Execution</p><p> Optimize outbound sales tactics across door-to-door, retail, events, and home shows</p><p> Improve lead quality, demo rates, and cost efficiency through testing and iteration</p><p> Ensure consistent execution, messaging, and brand representation across regions<br><br></p><p>Performance & Reporting</p><p> Own KPIs including leads, demos, conversion rates, CPL, productivity, and attrition</p><p> Use data and reporting to diagnose issues, identify opportunities, and drive decisions</p><p> Partner with Marketing Ops and Finance to ensure clean attribution and accurate reporting</p><p>Hiring & Growth</p><p> Oversee hiring plans, onboarding, and training for expanding teams</p><p> Improve retention through strong leadership, clear career paths, and effective compensation models<br><br></p><p>What Were Looking For</p><p>Required</p><p> Based in Vancouver, BC</p><p> 7+ years of experience leading outbound sales, field marketing, or canvassing teams</p><p> Proven success managing large, distributed teams across multiple locations</p><p> Strong business acumen, including experience writing, managing, and forecasting budgets</p><p> Demonstrated experience owning and managing P&L responsibility</p><p> Strong understanding of performance-based compensation, quotas, and coaching</p><p> Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Finance</p><p> Willingness to travel regularly across British Columbia and Alaska<br><br></p><p>Preferred</p><p> Experience in home services, retail, or appointment-driven sales environments</p><p> Experience scaling teams during periods of aggressive growth</p><p> Data-driven mindset with comfort using dashboards and performance reports<br><br></p><p>Why Join Us</p><p> Lead a high-impact, revenue-driving channel with executive visibility</p><p> Opportunity to build, shape, and scale teams across two major territories</p><p> Competitive compensation with performance incentives</p><p> Career growth within a rapidly expanding organization<br><br></p><p>Ready to Apply?<br />If youre a proven outbound sales leader who knows how to build strong teams, drive performance, and lead at scalewed love to hear from you.
