<h3>Job Description</h3><p>Job Description<p>Salary: $125-150,000 per year<br /><p>The Reporting to the CEO Director of Sales will plan and execute the company sales strategy with a focus on business growth.</p><p></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Owns pricing strategy and margin targets</li><li>Leads sales administration and CRM processes to manage customer pipeline and account creation</li><li>Develops and maintains sales plans for all outside sales reps</li><li>Coordinate sales training and vendor product education</li><li>Defines product mix and brand positioning strategy</li><li>Oversees advertising and overall brand direction</li><li>Lead, develop and motivate sales team</li><li>Develop and provide insightful reports on sales performance, market trends and competitor activity</li></ul><p></p><p>Qualifications</p><ul><li>Formal Education in commerce, sales and marketing, or other relevant education or equivalent training and experience</li><li>10+ years of progressive experience in sales role with 3+ years in senior leadership role</li><li>Solid experience with sales plan implementation</li><li>Highly tech savvy with strong knowledge of ERP and other computer systems/programs</li><li>Knowledge of welding processes and products is an asset but not mandatory</li><li>Exceptional leadership and communication skills</li><li>Prior e-commerce experiences an asset but not mandatory</li><li>Strong analytical skills with ability to assess market trends and drive data-informed strategies</li><li>Ability to travel throughout the sales region</li><li>Full G license, clean driver&#39;s abstract</li></ul><p><br />What we offer:</p><ul><li>$125-150,000 per year</li><li>Group Benefits (Health, Dental, Life, LTD)</li><li>RRSP with company match</li><li>Paid Time Off</li><li>Company vehicle and gas card</li></ul><p><br /></p><p>CORE Industrial Gases is an independent gas distributor.
