Description
- Program Management
- Lead and oversee Capital and Manufacturing Transformation Programs, focusing on innovation and continuous improvement. Ensure alignment with departmental leaders on Program Governance to support smooth delivery and accountability.
- Design program frameworks, aligning deliverables to meet cost and budget targets. Monitor milestones and ensure objectives are achieved on time.
- Address escalated issues and risks, providing effective solutions to mitigate impacts on program outcomes.
- Manage program budgets, ensuring fiscal discipline and maximizing ROI.
- Provide timely reports on PMO initiatives to stakeholders and senior leadership.
- Conduct post-program evaluations for continuous improvement.
Leadership
- Build and lead a high-performing Canada Supply Chain PMO team, fostering talent development and operational excellence.
- Manage Project Managers and drive stakeholder engagement, inspiring and influencing at all levels.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering; P.Eng. license required.
- 7-10 years of project management experience in manufacturing or industrial settings.
- Experience managing large-scale capital projects and process improvements.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
- PMP certification is a plus.
Salary Range
Estimated base salary: $124,600 to $186,800. Salary depends on experience, skills, education, and location. The position includes a competitive bonus program and comprehensive benefits such as health insurance, retirement plans, paid leave, and more.
