<p><h3>Diversity Manager</h3>
<p>Lead the day‑to‑day operations of Fetch Laundry Network’s Hamilton operation, ensuring delivery routes, retail outlet activity, and laundry services run smoothly, efficiently, and to the high standards our customers expect as we expand across Southwestern Ontario.</p>
<p><b>Location:</b> Hamilton, ON (in‑person)</p>
<p><b>Employment Type:</b> Full‑time</p>
<p><b>Salary:</b> $52,000 per year</p>
<h3>Responsibilities</h3>
<ul>
<li>Drive scalable operations: oversee delivery and operations to ensure accurate, efficient, and on‑time work as volumes increase regionally.</li>
<li>Build and lead the operations team: recruit, train, and manage Drivers and Operations Associates; foster accountability, ownership, and high service standards.</li>
<li>Maintain performance: ensure dependable, on‑time deliveries; enforce safety procedures; improve workflows and address operational issues quickly.</li>
<li>Collaborate cross‑functionally: partner with Corporate Operations, Customer Care, Cleaning Operations, and Growth teams to support new volume, new customers, and new markets.</li>
</ul>
<h3>Qualifications</h3>
<ul>
<li>Experience supervising or managing teams, ideally in an hourly or shift‑based environment.</li>
<li>Comfortable in a fast‑moving, data‑driven, operationally intensive setting.</li>
<li>Strong execution, accuracy, and consistency; initiative without constant direction.</li>
<li>Excellent communication and ability to build strong working relationships across departments.</li>
<li>Driver's License required.</li>
<li>Understand the business landscape of Southwestern Ontario.</li>
