We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Early Childhood Educator (RECE) Teacher to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about early childhood education and wants to make a positive impact on the lives of young children.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education, with a diploma in RECE or a provincially recognized equivalency. They will have a minimum of 3 years teaching experience in early childhood education or a related field, with prior experience in private childcare being an asset.

This role requires a team player who can work collaboratively with other staff members to create and implement developmentally appropriate programs for children aged 18 months to 6 years old. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to maintain accurate records, and demonstrate a commitment to ongoing professional development.

Responsibilities include:
- Collaborating with the Director/Site Supervisor Teacher to design and execute a curriculum tailored to the developmental needs of the children in the assigned classroom
- Contributing to the development and enhancement of the program, seeking innovative ways to enrich children’s experiences and foster growth
- Fostering a supportive environment conducive to children’s cognitive, physical, social, and emotional growth

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Diploma in RECE or provincially recognized equivalency
- Minimum 3 years teaching experience in early childhood education or a related field
- Prior experience in private childcare is preferred
- Registration in good standing with the College of Early Childhood Educators required
