Our <strong>AI solutions</strong> enhance efficiency, spark creativity, and drive insightful decision-making, empowering our teams to produce innovative and impactful results.</p></p><p><strong>Role:</strong> eCommerce Content Manager</p><p><strong>Location: </strong>Remote, Canada</p>About the role: <p>This is an opportunity to join <strong>OLIVER&#39;s</strong> in-house studio embedded with our client, as an <strong>eCommerce Content Manager</strong> delivering content excellence across digital commerce channels for healthcare and wellness brands. Ensure flawless product content execution across digital retail platforms for trusted healthcare brands. Based in Canada (Eastern Time Zone) with remote working arrangements, you&#39;ll manage content quality, system maintenance, and syndication workflows that keep Opella&#39;s products compliant and discoverable. Your expertise in content operations and platform management will maintain excellence across every digital touchpoint. We support flexible working and are open to different arrangements. We offer reasonable adjustments throughout the process. </p><p>You&#39;ll be the operational backbone behind content quality and system integrity across digital retail environments. Working hands-on with content management systems and syndication platforms, you&#39;ll ensure product information meets compliance standards while maintaining optimal presentation across retail channels. We&#39;re looking for someone who can execute detailed content workflows with precision, maintaining high standards for both above-the-fold and below-the-fold content. Success means consistent content quality, complete product catalogs, and seamless syndication across all retail partners. </p>What you will be doing: <ul><li>Execute daily content management workflows, ensuring all product information meets quality and compliance standards </li><li>Maintain DAM and PIM systems, updating product assets and information with accuracy and attention to detail </li><li>Create and manage product records in retailer platforms (e.g. Amazon Vendor Central), ensuring complete catalog setup and ongoing maintenance </li><li>Create and manage below-the-fold content (e.g. Amazon A+ Content), optimizing product detail pages for compliance and competitiveness </li><li>Execute content syndication across retail platforms, managing feed creation and ongoing channel maintenance </li><li>Review and audit product detail page content for completeness, accuracy, and compliance </li><li>Manage above-the-fold and below-the-fold content quality, ensuring consistent brand presentation and messaging </li><li>Coordinate content updates and launches across multiple retail channels and product portfolios </li><li>Monitor content syndication feeds and troubleshoot technical issues to ensure uninterrupted data flow </li></ul>What you need to be great in this role:<ul><li>A track record of 5-10 years in eCommerce content management and client servicing, with hands-on experience in content operations </li><li>Experience with CPG brands, preferably in healthcare or wellness categories, understanding compliance requirements and content standards </li><li>Experience with Digital Asset Management systems, with Acquia experience preferred for daily system maintenance and content updates </li><li>Expertise with Product Information Management platforms, with Salsify experience required for catalog management </li><li>Experience using Digital Shelf Analytics tools, with Profitero experience preferred for content monitoring and auditing </li><li>Experience with retailer vendor portals (e.g. AVC, Walmart RetailLink, Target POL, etc.) for product setup and maintenance </li><li>Proven ability to create and maintain syndication channels across retail platforms, managing technical feeds and data accuracy </li><li>Agency-side content management experience, managing detailed workflows and quality standards across multiple clients </li><li>Strong project management capabilities for content operations, coordinating updates and launches across platforms </li><li>Working knowledge of SEO principles for product content optimization and discoverability </li><li>The ability to maintain meticulous attention to detail in content quality control, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations </li><li>Experience with content auditing and quality assurance processes, identifying and resolving content gaps and inconsistencies </li><li>At the time of this posting, the base salary for this position may range from $85,000.00 to $95,000.00 CAD. Individual compensation varies based on job related factors, including location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications.
