This is a hands-on, high-visibility role where you will design, test, troubleshoot, support manufacturing, manage risk, and ultimately bring cutting-edge solutions to market.</p><p><br /></p><p>This is a great fit for someone who enjoys rolling up their sleeves, improving processes, and being an essential part of an organization’s technical backbone.</p><p><br /></p><hr /><p><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></p><p><br /></p><ul><li>Develop detailed project plans including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk assessments.</li><li>Provide technical guidance to cross-functional teams throughout all project phases.</li><li>Create engineering designs aligned with customer specifications, industry standards, and internal design philosophies.</li><li>Support design, prototyping, testing, and product development initiatives.</li><li>Ensure product compliance with quality standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices.</li><li>Provide hands-on technical support to manufacturing and production teams.</li><li>Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation: design revisions, BOMs, W/Os (SYSPRO), reports, change logs, and technical specifications.</li><li>Coordinate product test samples with regulatory agencies and customers.</li><li>Identify risks early and implement corrective actions to keep projects on track.</li><li>Deliver regular updates and presentations to management and project stakeholders.</li><li>Support Sales & Marketing with technical insights and customer-facing presentations.</li><li>Contribute to project closure activities, including lessons-learned documentation.</li></ul><p><br /></p><hr /><p><strong>About You</strong></p><p><br /></p><p>You are an engineer who loves understanding how things work and making them work better.
