<h3>Job Description</h3><p>Job Description<p><ul><li><strong>Responsibilities and tasks :</strong></li></ul><ul><li>Ensures appropriate start-up of the plant’s systems and equipment.</li></ul><ul><li>Organize a preventive maintenance program for the plant’s equipment.</li><li>Support the manufacturing and packaging team during equipment start-up.</li><li>Repair and maintain the various production, packaging, laboratory equipment, as well as support systems and building-related equipment.</li><li>Identify electrical, mechanical and control problems on the equipment.</li><li>Execute various preventive maintenance tasks.</li><li>Establish mechanical, electrical, hydraulic or pneumatic diagnostics upon failure of manufacturing and building equipment; make the necessary repairs et identifies the impact of the breakage on operational GMPs (Good Manufacturing Practices).</li><li>Execute various preventive maintenance tasks according to a set schedule, and complete test and maintenance reports.</li><li>Improve equipment, machines and/or other systems.</li><li>Verify that instruments and systems are operating correctly.</li><li>Inform and advise the operators who use the equipment.</li><li>Support Engineering Project Leaders in the purchase and installation of new equipment.</li><li>Assist the Validation Group during qualification of various systems and installations.</li><li>Participate in executing certain OQs.</li><li>Analyze the cause of variances.</li><li>Together with the Maintenance Planner, participate in developing a preventive maintenance system in this sector.</li><li>Assist stationary engineers during the installation and/or modification of heating or ventilation systems and/or any other system.</li><li>Work from plans and drawings.</li><li>Execute minor electrical work.</li><li>Look for permanent solutions using products and suppliers available on the market, at the lowest possible cost, while maintaining the highest quality.</li><li>Execute minor verifications of low voltage electrical panels.</li><li>Create drawings and schematics when they are not available.</li><li>Carry out any other related tasks</li></ul><p></p><ul><li><strong>Skills, knowledge and abilities:</strong></li></ul><ul><li>Self-starter</li><li>Excellent attendance record</li><li>Team spirit</li><li>Detail and analytical sense</li><li>Works well under pressure and has sense of priorities</li><li>Holds a "C" licence in electricity</li><li>Perseverance in work planning and problem solving</li><li>Strong interpersonal skills</li><li>Basic knowledge of computers</li><li>Bilingual</li><li>Flexible to work overtime</li></ul><p>Environment conditions : Mechanical rooms of the factory, machine shop "machine shop" and outside on the roof of the building and electrical room.</p></p></p>
