<h3>Job Description</h3><p>Job Description<p><p><strong>VAUGHAN, THORNHILL & SURROUNDING AREAS | PAINTING & HOME IMPROVEMENT</strong></p><p>This is <strong>not</strong> a “show up and roll paint” kind of job.</p><p>We’re building a tight, high-performing painting crew for a growing residential painting business, and we’re looking for people who take pride in quality work, show up prepared, and want to be part of something that runs <strong>professionally and efficiently</strong>.</p><p>I’m a 4th year<strong> </strong>University of Guelph attendee running and scaling this operation locally, and I’m looking for painters who treat the job like a craft - not a side task.</p><strong>What You’ll Be Doing</strong><ul><li><p>Interior and exterior residential painting projects</p></li><li><p>Surface prep, masking, sanding, patching, and cleanup</p></li><li><p>Applying paint with consistency, efficiency, and attention to detail</p></li><li><p>Working on-site with a small team while being accountable for results</p></li><li><p>Communicating professionally with homeowners when needed</p></li><li><p>Following clear systems and quality standards on every job</p></li></ul><p>You’ll be trusted to do real work and expected to do it well.</p><strong>Who This Role Is For</strong><p>This role is a strong fit for someone who:</p><ul><li><p>Takes pride in doing things <strong>properly</strong>, not just quickly</p></li><li><p>Can handle physically demanding work and long days outdoors</p></li><li><p>Shows up on time, prepared, and ready to work</p></li><li><p>Is coachable and open to feedback</p></li><li><p>Wants to improve their skills, efficiency, and professionalism</p></li></ul><p>Previous painting experience is an asset but <strong>not required</strong>.
