<p><p>Join BHP as an <b>Engineer Reliability – Mechanical</b> to support our global portfolio and help deliver the Jansen potash project.</p><h3>Work Location</h3>
<p>Based in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, Canada. Full-time 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Hybrid working supported.</p>
<h3>Purpose</h3>
<p>Reporting to the Reliability Superintendent, this role ensures the safety and reliability of site‑wide equipment with a strong focus on mechanical engineering.</p>
<h3>About The Role</h3>
<ul>
<li>Own and manage critical control verifications and execution tasks in SAP.</li>
<li>Ensure alignment with BHP’s Risk Management standards and critical control ownership.</li>
<li>Lead RCA workshops for chronic equipment failures.</li>
<li>Conduct monthly audits of physical assets and critical spares.</li>
<li>Maintain and improve preventative maintenance strategies using GE APM.</li>
<li>Drive continuous improvement aligned with the BHP Operating System.</li>
<li>Support lifecycle management of Fuels, Lubes, Air, and Coolants.</li>
<li>Participate in BHP Field Leadership and risk‑informed decision‑making.</li>
</ul>
<h3>About You</h3>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.</li>
<li>Eligible for registration with APEGS.</li>
<li>Experience in equipment reliability and risk management.</li>
<li>Skilled in RCA and RCM facilitation.</li>
<li>Strong understanding of condition monitoring and risk frameworks.</li>
</ul>
