Other qualifications for our Customer Service Agent (Remote) role include:<br />β The ability to speak/write fluently in French and English<br />β A high school diploma or GED<br />β Proficiency in fast-paced multitasking<br />β Eagerness to learn new technologies<br />β Submit to and pass a criminal background check<br />β Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge<br />β Minimum typing speed of 25wpm<br />β A quiet, distraction-free environment to work from in your home<br />β PC/Laptop with at least Windows 11 (Apple/Mac products, Chromebooks, and tablets are not compatible), 16 GB RAM, Intel Core i5 processor or higher, 250 GB SSD<br />β High-speed internet with Ethernet cable (no wireless/hotspots or satellite) Upload 100 Mbps and 30 Mbps Download speeds<br />β Preference to 2 monitors or 1 large screen<br />β Noise-canceling USB-connected Headset<br />β Webcam<br />β Smartphone</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong><br />β Answer inbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner.<br />β Support email inquiries and chatrooms.<br />β Provide timely and accurate information regarding products and services.<br />β Document customer interactions and feedback in the system.<br />β Follow company procedures and escalate complex issues when necessary.<br />β The ability to navigate multiple software platforms and websites concurrently. You donβt need to be a tech genius.
