Our mission is to make networks more open, intelligent, and cost-effective.<br /></p><p><br /></p><p>Role Overview</p><p><br /></p><p>We are looking for a driven Sales Director to lead enterprise wireless solution sales in North America. Youll focus on private 5G, AI-RAN, and Wi-Fi 7 deployments for manufacturing, logistics, utilities, ports, and large campuses.</p><p><br /></p><p>Key Responsibilities</p><p><br /></p><ul><li>Identify and win new enterprise accounts for BMI&#39;s wireless products</li><li>Build relationships with IT/OT leaders, system integrators, and carriers</li><li>Drive full sales cycle from lead to close, including proposals and contract negotiation</li><li>Manage a healthy pipeline and hit revenue targets</li><li>Work with product and marketing to shape offers and messaging</li><li>Represent BMI at events, customer meetings, and partner briefings</li></ul><p><br /></p><p>Requirements<br /></p><p><br /></p><ul><li>58 years of enterprise sales experience in wireless, networking, or industrial IoT</li><li>Familiar withprivate 5G,Wi-Fi 6/7, oredge networking solutions<br /></li><li>Proven ability to sell to large industrial or enterprise clients</li><li>Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills</li><li>Comfortable working in a fast-moving, startup-style environment</li><li>Bachelors degree in business, engineering, or related field</li></ul><p><br /></p><p>Nice to Have<br /></p><p><br /></p><ul><li>Experience with Open RANorAI in wireless networks<br /></li><li>Technical knowledge of CBRS, RedCap, AFC, or TSN</li><li>Existing relationships with carriers, SIs, or industrial VARs</li><li>Familiarity with North American spectrum and wireless regulations</li></ul><p><br /></p><p>Compensation<br /></p><p><br /></p><ul><li>Base: $100k$150k CAD (based on experience)</li><li>Commission: Uncapped, OTE up to $300k+</li><li>Full benefits</li></ul></p></p>
