A global Automotive Parts Manufacturing company is in need of a Sales Administrator to join their team in area. If you are looking for a career which allows you to utilize your current / previous manufacturing sales coordinating experience, this is the great opportunity for you and your career. Responsibilities – Sales Administrator


  • Process customer orders, quotes, and returns accurately using the AS400 system
  • Maintain and update sales records, customer databases, and product information
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing reports and handling inquiries
  • Communicate with internal departments (production, logistics, finance) to ensure smooth order fulfillment
  • Assist in managing customer relationships by responding to basic inquiries and following up on orders
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements -Sales Administrator


  • Associate or higher degree in Business or related major preferred
  • Prior work experience in Automotive industry is a plus, not mandatory
  • Must have a valid driver’s license
  • Must be able to go to Business trip both within Canada and US
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint at an Intermediate or higher level
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills – speak and write
  • Strong at numbers and calculation
  • Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
