ERP Project Manager

<p><p>Our client is a Canadian leader in aircraft services for corporate, commercial, and military customers worldwide. They specialize in maintenance, cargo operations, pilot training, and aircraft leasing. They are seeking a Project Manager to lead an upcoming ERP upgrade and future information systems initiatives.</p>

<h3>What you will be doing:</h3>
<ul>
<li>Lead planning, execution, and tracking of projects, beginning with an 18-month ERP upgrade.</li>
<li>Manage IS-focused projects, gathering requirements for smaller initiatives as needed.</li>
<li>Engage with stakeholders to define objectives, scope, success criteria, and ensure strong communication across teams.</li>
<li>Oversee budgets, resource allocation, risk management, and project deliverables to meet organizational and industry standards.</li>
<li>Implement best practices, process improvements, and change management strategies to ensure project success.</li>
</ul>
<h3>What we are looking for:</h3>
<ul>
<li>Five or more years of project management experience.</li>
<li>Certification or degree in a related field, or equivalent work experience.</li>
<li>Knowledge of IS frameworks, ERP systems, and project tools (Microsoft Project, Jira, etc.).</li>
<li>Proven leadership of cross-functional teams with strong communication skills.</li>
<li>Familiarity with aviation or MRO-related industries is considered an asset.</li>
