As the Event Operations Supervisor, you will:
  • Supervise events both on-site and off-site, ensuring flawless execution of banquet event orders (BEOs).

  • Lead by example: demonstrate outstanding guest service, adaptability, and strong leadership while coaching and supporting your team.

  • Ensure event schedules and timelines are followed, maintaining clear communication with servers and event staff.

  • Act as a host and ambassador for the venue, liaising between guests, management, and team members.

  • Build rapport with guests, answer questions, and ensure satisfaction throughout the event.

  • Manage administrative tasks such as scheduling, as well as opening and closing duties.

  • Inspire and motivate team members to create extraordinary guest experiences.

  • Perform other duties as required to ensure seamless events.


Qualifications:
  • 2 - 3 years in a Supervisory role within catering and/or special events

  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

  • Hospitality or Event Management education/experience is an asset.

  • Banquet serving experience an asset.

  • Smart Serve Certification (required).

  • G-class driver’s license (required).

  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
