<p>Our client, a prominent organization in the legal and international event industry, is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic <strong>Event Support Staff – Ticket Takers</strong> to join their team. As an <strong>Event Support Staff – Ticket Takers</strong>, you will be part of the <strong>Operations Support Team</strong> supporting a prestigious international legal conference. <p><strong>Location: </strong>255 Front Street West, Toronto, ON</p>
<p><strong>Pay Range: $18 - $19/hr</strong></p>
<p><strong>Shift: </strong>Flexible shifts available: 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM, 3:30 PM – 10:00 PM, 6:00 PM – 10:00 PM</p>
<p><strong>What's the Job?</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Greet guests warmly and professionally as they arrive at ticketed events
<li>Verify tickets or badges for entry to sessions, lunches, and event parties
<li>Provide clear directions and assist guests with inquiries
<li>Ensure smooth entry flow and maintain organization at access points
<li>Represent the event with professionalism and courtesy at all times
</ul>
<p><strong>What's Needed?</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Friendly and approachable demeanor
<li>Quick, efficient, and attentive to detail
<li>Comfortable being on your feet for extended periods
<li>Ability to interact confidently with international delegates and professionals
<li>Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or event staffing is a plus
