Punctual and strong work habits</p><p>3. Willingness to learn and help co-workers</p><p>4. Knowledge and confidence with basic woodworking machinery/tools</p><p>5. Ability to manage a crew of Installers.</p><p>6. Proficient in English (written & spoken)</p><p>7. Secondary school completion or equivalent experience</p><p><strong>Assets:</strong></p><p>Professional attitude and reliable work ethic</p><p>Experience in the trade</p><p><strong>Experience:</strong></p><p>Foreman Experience</p><p>Interior Finishing (3-5 Year Minimum)</p><p>Hanging Doors</p><p>Trim work (baseboard, casing & Sills)</p><p>Metal door hardware is an asset but not required</p><p>English written and spoken</p><p><strong>Benefits:</strong></p><p>Full time 40hrs a week.
