The position is primarily remote although the successful candidate must be available to attend in-office, as needed. A driver's license and access to a vehicle to attend court outside Toronto is a necessity.</p><p><br></p><p><b>Qualifications</b></p><ul><li>Previous experience practicing family law in Ontario</li><li>Strong foundation in family law, legal research, and case management</li><li>Experience drafting legal documents and negotiating settlements</li><li>Effective courtroom advocacy and representation skills</li><li>Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client relationship management skills</li><li>Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment</li><li>Excellent organizational skills including a keen attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines</li><li>Licensed to practice law in Ontario and in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario</li></ul>
